Returns and Refunds

On this page, you will find the conditions for returning a product purchased on elviozanon.com, obtaining a refund, or invoking the legal guarantee. The conditions indicated here form an integral part of the Terms and conditions of sale.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are purchasing as a consumer, i.e., for purposes unrelated to your entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reason and without penalty, in accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days. The period begins from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products. In the case of an order with multiple products delivered separately, the period begins from the delivery of the last product.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Before the deadline, you must communicate your decision to us with an explicit statement. You can do this in one of the following ways:

• using the online withdrawal function described in the following paragraph
• by writing to support@elviozanon.com
• by using the model form provided at the bottom of this page, which is not mandatory

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the communication is sent before the period expires.

Online withdrawal function
Pursuant to Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code, you may exercise your right of withdrawal directly online, without having to send separate communications, by using the specific withdrawal function available on the site. The function is located in the footer of the site and is clearly visible, easily accessible, and available for the entire duration of the withdrawal period.

Through the function, you are asked to provide or confirm the data necessary to identify you and the contract from which you intend to withdraw, as well as the email address at which you wish to receive confirmation. After confirming the submission, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium without delay, containing the content of the statement and the date and time of submission. The date of submission of the statement is the reference date.

Return of products
After communicating your withdrawal, you must return the products within fourteen days.
The address to which to ship the products will be provided to you along with the return authorization after your request to support@elviozanon.com.

The direct costs of returning the products are at your expense.

For your convenience, we provide a prepaid shipping label. This is an optional service: if you use it, we will deduct a flat fee of 10 euros from your refund. If you prefer not to use it, you may ship the products back using a carrier of your choice at your own expense, provided you notify us before shipping: in this case, we will not deduct any amount, and the shipment is at your own risk.

Condition of returned products
Products must be returned intact, not used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, complete with every element and accessory, with tags attached and in their original packaging, as far as possible.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such a case, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from the refund, after providing you with a reasoned notice.

Refund
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days from the day we were informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you demonstrate that you have shipped them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed by you, and in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

If you chose a type of delivery other than the standard, more expensive one, we will refund the amount corresponding to standard delivery.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including goods made to measure or clearly personalized and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, if opened after delivery.

EXCHANGES

We do not manage direct exchanges. To obtain a different product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal for the product received and place a new order.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, which belongs to the consumer and is separate and independent from the right of withdrawal.

We are liable for any lack of conformity that manifests within two years from the delivery of the product. The action is prescribed within twenty-six months from delivery. There is no obligation to report the defect within a short period.

Unless proven otherwise, it is presumed that any lack of conformity that manifests within one year from delivery existed at that date.

In the event of a lack of conformity, you have the right to have the conformity restored through repair or replacement, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If restoration is impossible, disproportionate, not performed within a reasonable time, or if the defect reappears, you are entitled to a proportional reduction in price or termination of the contract.

To invoke the guarantee, please write to support@elviozanon.com, indicating the order number and attaching photographs of the defect. The guarantee does not cover defects resulting from improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

No additional conventional guarantee is offered beyond the legal guarantee.
