EXCHANGE
If you wish to change the size and / or color of the item you have purchased, you can place a new order . The returned order will be refunded to you on the same payment method you used.
REFUND
Once received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. In case of approval, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to the original payment method, within 14 working days . Shipping costs will be reversed from the refund if incurred during the order (if free they will not be reversed), and any customs clearance costs where applicable.
