Information document pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR – Information notice for the processing of personal data collected from the data subject
This page describes the methods of managing the website of the ELVIO ZANON brand, whose domain is owned by Awards Shoes S.r.l., which also holds the trademark. This information notice is drafted and customized for the visitors of the portal, i.e., for all those who interact with the ELVIO ZANON web services accessible electronically from the address:
www.elviozanon.com, corresponding to the homepage of the site.
This notice applies only to the aforementioned site and not to any other websites that the user may consult via links.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness set out in Article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for the following purposes:

3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients who will process the data as data processors (Article 28 of the GDPR) and/or as persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Processor (Article 29 of the GDPR), for the purposes listed above in section 2.

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA
The processing will be carried out in automated and manual modes, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(e) of the GDPR, personal data will be retained in a form that allows identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.

5. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL

In the case of a data portability request, the Controller will provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, in accordance with Article 20(3) and (4) of the GDPR.
