This page describes which cookies and tracking tools are used by the site elviozanon.com, what they are for, and how you can manage them. WHAT COOKIES AND TRACKING TOOLS ARE

Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit send to your device, where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same sites on your next visit. In addition to cookies, there are other tools that allow for the identification of the device or the collection of information about it, such as pixels, web beacons, and passive identification techniques. On this page, for the sake of simplicity, the term "cookie" encompasses all of these tools.

First-party analytical cookies

  • _shopify_y, first-party, Shopify: identifier used for visit statistics. Duration: one year.
  • _shopify_s, first-party, Shopify: session identifier used for visit statistics. Duration: thirty minutes.
  • _shopify_analytics, first-party, Shopify: collects statistical information on store usage. Duration: one year.
  • shopify_client_id, first-party, Shopify: identifier associated with the visitor for statistical surveys. Duration: one year.

Third-party analytical cookies

  • _ga, third-party, Google: distinguishes site visitors. Duration: thirteen months.
  • _ga_[ID], third-party, Google: maintains the session state for the relevant measurement stream. Duration: thirteen months.

Profiling and marketing cookies

  • _fbp, third-party, Meta: identifies the device for ad delivery and conversion measurement. Duration: three months.
  • _gcl_au, third-party, Google: links advertising conversions to site visits. Duration: three months.
  • IDE, third-party, Google: measures and personalizes advertisements served through the DoubleClick network. Duration: thirteen months.
  • __kla_id, third-party, Klaviyo: identifies the visitor and links browsing to the communications received. Duration: thirteen months.

The list shows, for each cookie, the name, purpose, installing entity, duration, and, for third-party cookies, a link to the respective provider's privacy policy, where you can exercise your rights regarding that processing. The list is updated periodically based on scans performed on the site.

HOW TO GRANT, MODIFY, OR REVOKE CONSENT

Upon first access to the site, a banner appears informing you of the use of non-technical cookies and allowing you to accept them all, reject them all, or choose by individual category. Closing the banner using the appropriate command is equivalent to rejection and results in only the default settings being maintained, i.e., the installation of technical cookies only. Scrolling the page does not constitute consent.

You can modify or revoke your choices at any time via the preferences management link found in the site footer. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the revocation.

If you do not grant consent to non-technical cookies, the banner will not be shown again for six months, unless the processing conditions change significantly or you delete the cookies from your browser.

MANAGING SETTINGS FROM THE BROWSER

You can also manage cookies directly from your browser by blocking them, deleting them, or setting alerts before their installation. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

Transfers take place on the basis of the guarantees provided for in Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as indicated in the Privacy Policy and in the policies of the individual providers.

You may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by writing to support@elviozanon.com. For processing carried out by third-party providers as independent data controllers, rights must be exercised against them in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

UPDATES

This Cookie Policy may be updated as a result of the installation of new tools on the site or regulatory changes. The updated version is published on this page with the date indicated.
